- Always remember that the voter is the highest level of the bureaucracy org chart
- Follow the process with whatever ticket system they have and be nice to the folks that reply (they're just working an 8-5 too) but don't hesitate to loop in your councilperson or delegate when you hit a roadblock (edited)
