North Penn Water Authority
The NPWA Board of Directors consists of ten volunteer members, each appointed by their respective municipality. The Board is responsible for setting the policies, rules, and rates under which NPWA operates.
The NPWA Management Team is responsible for directing and overseeing the daily operations of the Authority. It consists of the following offices:
- Executive Director
- Director of Asset Management and Strategic Initiatives
- Director of Finance and Human Resources
- Director of Information Technology
- Director of Operations and Field Services
- Manager of Administration & Public Relations
- Manager of Meters, Customer Service, and Systems Control
- Water Quality & Environmental Compliance Manager
