Dear Swatch, Perhaps you are unaware 
that the radio band on which you will 
be transmitting these messages does 
not belong to you, the Russian space 
command, or anyone else that you've 
paid in order to put this satellite 
in orbit.  It belongs to the amateur 
radio operators of the world who use 
these radio channels every day for 
non-commercial purposes and who your 
satellite will be interfering with 
without our permission.  If you were 
not aware of these fact, I encourage 
you to cancel this project and take 
your ads off Sputnik-99 before you 
anger a worldwide amateur radio 
community that is millions strong.
